Sales Support Representative (Hybrid)

The Energy Solutions Division is hiring a Sales Support Representative. The role will focus on customer acquisition and onboarding - including maintaining various software systems. You'll have the chance to work cross functionally with sales and the customer. The role also allows you to touch many different areas of the business and be involved in continuous improvement processes. The role works out of our Corporate Office in Wauwatosa with the option to be remote up to 2 days per week once fully trained.

Position Description

Supports the Sales team through various administrative activities. Manages the entry of daily orders and sales analytics. Works closely with CRM software and ERP programs.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Handles customer accounts including daily order entry and supporting field sales team.
  2. Performs sales analytics as needed to support sales initiatives and guide management decisions.
  3. Serves as system administrator for CRM software performing account maintenance, maximizing software utilization, training users and generating reports.
  4. Utilizes our ERPs for Quality Assurance testing, mass data maintenance and order entry.
  5. Maintains and updates the dealer portal.
  6. Oversees sales technology and makes recommendations for continuous improvement
  7. Perform other duties as assigned

Job Skills Requirements

  • Well-developed organizational and analytical skills.
  • Solid background using office productivity software
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks to meet established deadlines.
  • Client relationship management experience
  • Well-developed communication skills to work with a variety of diverse people
  • Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location


Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent education and experience

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data integrity and/or data entry.
  • Sales reporting and analysis experience preferred.
  • SAP experience preferred.
  • MS Dynamics CRM preferred.
