Position Description
Supports the performance of entry-level production quality tasks.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitors Bill of Materials (BOMs) and shortages along the production line
- Organizes the daily quality packets; performs surveillance audits and updates production reports
- Processes the quality alert and operator card change training logs
- Performs other duties as assigned
Job Skills Requirements
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to use hand tools, etc.
- Ability to understand LEAN principles to perform job duties for continuous improvement
- Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location
Education
Experience Requirements
- Pass the QA Manufacturing Support test
- Good organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records
- Advanced computer skills preferred
- Ability to give attention to detail
- Ability to perform root-cause analysis & analytical problem-solving
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
