As Procurement Manager, your goal will be to provide functional process leadership throughout the sourcing lifecycle ensures value addition across business operations. You will also coordinate with purchasing, production control, and logistics teams to improve international sourcing, purchasing, and logistics efficiencies. Implementation of sourcing strategies and continuous process improvements within sourcing and purchasing operations occurs as an individual contributor.
You will do this by:

Provide functional process direction throughout the sourcing lifecycle to ensure value is added.\

Coordinate with purchasing, production control, and logistics teams to improve international sourcing, purchasing, and logistics efficiencies.

Implement sourcing strategies across sourcing and purchasing functional areas.

Aggregate corporate demand to leverage total spend and align commodity-specific requirements in partnership with purchasing teams.

Interface with the supplier base to review production facilities and audit supply chains to ensure compliance.

Manage supplier relationship processes and continuously improve sourcing workflows and procedures.

Initiate international supplier quality development protocols, including on-site surveys and Initial Sample Inspection Reports (ISIRs).

Analyze low-cost provider regions, risk factors, and market trends to provide strategic overviews for business planning.

Monitor sourcing and purchasing process performance to identify opportunities for efficiency gains.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.

Seven years of experience in sourcing in a manufacturing environment required.

Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location.

Solid computer skills.

Demonstrate strong knowledge of international supply chain management, supplier auditing, and logistics workflows.

Demonstrate ability to analyze, optimize, and standardize cross-functional business processes.
-
Demonstrate strong analytical skills for risk assessment, market trend analysis, and spend optimization.

Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location
