Position Description

Develops and implements marketing projects across multiple business functions for a specific business segment with responsibilities that include merchandising, social media, website content to improve brand engagement, preference and sell-through.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develops, monitors and communicates project timelines and budgets
  2. Collaborates with management to develop communication strategy and executes across an integrated marketing communications plan.
  3. Writes, edits, and proofs copy for marketing communications such as product packaging, printed collateral, merchandising, digital content, advertising, customer presentations and press releases
  4. Develops and executes budget, strategy, and shot list for photo and video shoots
  5. Creates marketing materials and distributes them to internal and external stakeholders
  6. Assists in the planning and execution of trade shows and events
  7. Performs other duties as assigned

Job Skills Requirements

  • Well-developed understanding of business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing practices, digital marketing and customer online experience, durable goods and retail sales channels
  • Organized with ability to handle multiple projects independently
  • Strong ability to communicate (verbal, written) and collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Project management skills
  • Team-oriented
  • Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent education and experience

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of experience in Marketing or related field

Physical & Environmental Requirements

Domestic and/or international travel as required up to 15%
