As a Supply Chain Improvement Specialist Associate your goal is to work with stakeholders, including external suppliers, to minimize supply chain risk and support supply chain processes. You’ll also de-risk the supply base by driving creative solutions to temporary and permanent supply chain problems. #LI-MD1 #LI-Hybrid
You will do this by:
- Creating or updating knowledge base documentation and training materials for End User Support
- Developing and monitoring project schedules and ensuring projects meet deadlines
- Communicating with internal customers regarding program progress
- Designing and executing systems test plans to ensure fail-safe integration of a program into a production environment
- Highlighting areas needing resolution and driving solutions
- Evaluating current processes and systems for cost reduction and improvement and determines project priorities
- Creating reports for internal and external customers from the applicable software which may include identifying analytics as it relates to Supply Chain
- Researching and implementing best practices for program management

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field, OR equivalent education and experience
- At least three years or related supply chain experience
- Ability to think creatively to solve complex problems
- Ability to prepare and present complex technical information
- Strong interpersonal skills necessary to communicate and negotiate effectively with diverse groups of people
- Possesses knowledge of Supply Chain practices, principles and ethics
- Understanding or experience working in ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location
