Position Description
Produces products according to specifications.
Job Responsibilities
- Follows complex, sequenced work instructions and performs multiple job tasks within specified cycle times and responsibilities at various workstations.
- Performs verification of part numbers, supplier quality, and quality checks to ensure parts are meeting quality criteria.

a. Balance out in the 5 day week a zone by zone / station review of components. Include a Corrugation verification at end of line as well.
b. Check racks for proper parts and identification. If no parts on rack where an ID exists then note the shortage and get with the Dock & Production Control to fill
c. Develop a parts list of where parts are supposed to be and use this list as your verifier.
d. While verifying, utilize SAP to compare your counts to what the computer shows. MMBE & MD04 are the SAP screens to use.
The verification of stock systematically will allow for inventory to remain in the proper location and for any potential shortages to be caught ahead of time. Any adjustments to inventory should be done by Production Control.

- Performs quality checks through the use of multiple tools and records results
- Reads and verifies bill of materials (BOMs)

a. Print each BOM for next production day.
b. Review BOM's by station for stock verification.
c. Record any issues with parts on BOM ( IE: Not enough cylinders, missing spark plugs, or blowers not in location. Report these issues to Production Control/Purchasing

- May require interaction with internal & external customers (OEMs)

Communicate any issues that may be coming with parts that would prevent the BOM's from being built as planned to the Assembly line coaches and Production Control.

- Daily cycle counts as assigned.
- Follows all established safety procedures including wearing required PPE and maintaining 5S standards.
- Performs other duties as assigned

Education
Experience Requirements
- Previous assembly and/or engine experience preferred
