What You’ll Do (Your Impact)

Lead by Example: Keep safety first, production humming, and product quality top-tier every single shift.

Keep the Line Moving: Perform basic equipment troubleshooting, quick-fix repairs, and routine maintenance to minimize downtime.

Master the Switch: Coordinate seamless line changeovers, double-checking component accuracy so the crew has everything needed to hit targets.

Empower the Team: Communicate clearly, collaborate across departments, and jump in on custom duties whenever the team needs a hand.
What You Bring to the Floor

Technical Curiosity: Basic troubleshooting skills and a hands-on technical background to diagnose equipment quirks.

Strong Communication: Fluid English (and local shift languages) combined with standout interpersonal skills to keep the team aligned.

Tech Savvy: Basic computer literacy to log shift data, track changeovers, and process updates.

Licensed & Ready: A High School diploma and the ability to gain a Forklift Certification.
Shift Realities & Physical Stamina This is an active, fast-paced manufacturing environment. On any given shift (8–12 hours), you can expect to:

Stand, walk, bend, reach, kneel, and twist while actively guiding line operations.

Lift materials regularly (frequently 5–25 lbs, occasionally up to 75 lbs).

Operate power/vibrating tools and motorized equipment safely.

Work comfortably in dynamic, higher-noise plant environments (hearing protection provided).
