Manufacturing Technician C- PM Technician- Die Cast 12hr DAYS starting at $19.50

Position Description

The PM Technician is responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and performing preventative maintenance on production equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. This position requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and an understanding of basic technical processes to support quality production standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct daily equipment checks, including hydraulic fluid levels, quench tank concentrations, and spray bottle lubrication at each Die Casting Machine (DCM). Inspect for leaks and secure covers as needed.
• Refill shot bead dispensers, trim fluid, and startup oil spray bottles daily; ensure spray bottles are stored outside the guard.
• Clean die lube filters daily, utilizing spare screens to maintain operational efficiency.
• Monitor cycle times and hydraulic fluid usage to ensure consistent, efficient production processes.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and equipment repair under general supervision.
• Coordinate line changeovers and verify component accuracy for production.
• Execute general and preventive maintenance duties to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and production protocols at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
