Physical & Environmental Requirements

Moderate physical demand; often lifting/moving average weight (25 to 50 lbs/11-27 kgs), and occasionally lifting heavy weight materials (up to 70 lbs)
Generally good working conditions.
Ability to stand and/or walk constantly over a full work shift (8-12 hours)
Ability to perform occasional to frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting, crawling and/or reaching over a full work shift (8-12 hours)

Job Responsibilities

  1. Troubleshoots an array of IT problems to include: Operating Systems, Programs, Server, etc.
  2. Addresses issues with printers, coordinates calls for service and orders supplies.
  3. Serves as a local liaison to the Corporate Help Desk.
  4. Assists in the preparation of regularly scheduling accounting and production control reports.
  5. Performs general administrative tasks.
  6. Performs other duties as assigned

Position Description

Troubleshoots IT equipment and resolves routine software use questions. 

Job Skills Requirements

  • Basic reading, writing, math and computer skills
  • Experience with an inventory management software preferred
  • Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location

Education

Associates Degree in related field, or equivalent education and experience

Experience Requirements

Minimum of one years of related experience
