Finish Operator II - Day Shift

We specialize in the design and manufacture of machines in three product groups: Debris Management (vacuums, blowers, and debris loaders), Lawn Renovation, and Brush Cutters. We have an immediate opening for a full time Finish Operator II to support our manufacturing operations.

Work Hours: 5:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday – Thursday. Overtime is required at various times during the year, usually on Friday.  Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.


Position Description

Brings parts to the paint conveyor line in an orderly fashion, actively participates in loading/unloading of parts on/off the conveyor line, and places parts to maximize conveyor line density while working as ergonomically as possible.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Ensures all parts are tracked, accurately counted and recorded.
  2. Ensures that parts are prepared and processed through the paint systems as scheduled.
  3. Understands equipment and productivity factors involved in finishing operation and places parts accordingly to maximize conveyor line density.
  4. Hangs and removes materials on and off conveyor line while adhering to company safety procedures.
  5. Uses fixtures and masks parts to ensure quality standards are achieved.
  6. Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Skills Requirements

  • Basic reading, writing and math skills
  • Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location


High School diploma
General Education Degree

Experience Requirements

  • 1 year of related experience

Physical & Environmental Requirements

Moderate physical demand; often lifting/moving average weight (25 to 50 lbs/11-27 kgs), and occasionally lifting heavy weight materials (up to 70 lbs)
Ability to stand and/or walk constantly over a full work shift (8-12 hours)
Ability to perform occasional to frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting, crawling and/or reaching over a full work shift (8-12 hours)
