Position Description

Oversees the warehouse related activities and delegates the daily work assignments, including the shipping & receiving of the products and parts, the movement of purchased and manufactured materials, and inventory management.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Receives deliveries, processes forms, and monitor SAP operation associated with inventory management;
  2. Oversees the shipping & receiving of products and parts, ensuring the highest level of quality at the lowest possible cost, while meeting company standards.
  3. Coordinates and prioritizes work activities of warehouse workers to ensure correct materials are delivered to assigned locations.
  4. Supervises the scrap parts and handles parts which do not meet standards.
  5. Maintains accurate inventory records, conducts cycle accounting work and corrects variances from scheduled cycle counts.
  6. Trains employees; assigns and directs work; provides feedback to supervisor regarding employee work performance; addresses complaints and resolves problems.
  7. Performs other duties as assigned

Job Skills Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment
  • Basic reading, writing, math and computer skills.
  • Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location

Education

High School diploma

Experience Requirements

  • Previous shipping/receiving, warehouse management experience preferred
  • 3 years related experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
