Our Marketing Group is hiring a Sr. Digital Marketing Manager who will be responsible for directing and implementing digital strategy throughout the global organization. You'll work across business units to build and guide a robust digital strategy in addition to leading a team and partnering with IT as needed. Position Description

Directs and oversees digital marketing strategy and technology efforts including marketing related digital tech stack, web sites, customer/dealer portal, and CRM. Reports to Vice President, Marketing on strategy, plans, and budgets to ensure plans are consistent with the Company’s goals and objectives.  Represents the team to partners, agencies, peers and senior management across the organization. Acts as the primary liaison between Marketing, Company business units, and IT.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Drives, develops & executes strategic and long-term planning for Marketing technology including vendors, tech stack and processes.
  2. Defines, develops and implements system requirements, solutions improvements, delivery roadmaps, and go-forward support processes and documents the technical requirements to drive standardization
  3. Evaluates and selects third party solutions and vendors from a “buy versus build” perspective and analyzes and designs business processes aligning with industry best practices. Manages the relationships after selection to ensure project completion.
  4. Defines, develops and implements data strategy for a  consistent and efficient execution of marketing programs
  5. Directs all aspects of project plan execution to ensure tasks and deliverables are completed per requirements & standards.
  6. Understands new technologies and the multi-channel & global business line application in the area of Big Data, Analytics, Digital and Customer Lifecycle Management & IoT.
  7. Maintains, enhances and extends our current portfolio of applications and systems ensuring they continue to meet or exceed performance benchmarks.
  8. Conducts contract negotiations & renewals and manages large budget for vendors and services
  9. Directs the work of others
  10. Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Skills Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of or experience with marketing technology platforms/disciplines
  • Strong knowledge of system and software including: Microsoft Dynamics 365, .net, Java; and quality assurance best practices & methodologies
  • Proven ability to build and sustain relationships with a wide variety of individuals at all levels
  • Strong ability to synthesize technical features into easy-to-understand business benefits
  • Ability to successfully influence outcomes without direct control
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent education and experience

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of related experience
  • Previous leadership and/or supervisory experience
  • Strong knowledge of system and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies
