Position Description
Supports the Sales team through various administrative activities. Manages the entry of daily orders and sales analytics. Works closely with CRM software and ERP programs.
Job Responsibilities
- Handles customer accounts including daily order entry and supporting field sales team.
- Performs sales analytics as needed to support sales initiatives and guide management decisions.
- Serves as system administrator for CRM software performing account maintenance, maximizing software utilization, training users and generating reports.
- Utilizes our ERPs for Quality Assurance testing, mass data maintenance and order entry.
- Maintains and updates the dealer portal.
- Oversees sales technology and makes recommendations for continuous improvement
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Skills Requirements
- Well-developed organizational and analytical skills.
- Solid background using office productivity software
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks to meet established deadlines.
- Client relationship management experience
- Well-developed communication skills to work with a variety of diverse people
- Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent education and experience
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales reporting, analysis, or CRM management.
