Position Description

Leads cross-functional teams, under general supervision, to complete basic new product offering, product change and cost reduction programs.  Manages capital and expense budgets for programs as well as timelines.  Manages all internal communications related to program progress.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Leads product development teams to complete basic new product offering, product change, and cost reduction programs
  2. Adheres to the new product development process
  3. Manages capital and expense budgets
  4. Develops and monitors project schedules
  5. Communicates with internal customers regarding program status
  6. Evaluates current processes and systems for cost reduction and improvement
  7. Prepares information and presentations for management project review meetings
  8. Performs other duties assigned

  • Strong interpersonal skills necessary to communicate and negotiate effectively with diverse groups of people
  • Ability to form, work with and lead a team of diverse individuals in a variety of fields
  • Strong organizational and planning skills

  • Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location


Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent education and experience

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of related experience

Physical & Environmental Requirements

May require travel of a planned or urgent nature, both international and domestic
