Manager Pricing - Aftermarket

We're looking for our next Manager, Pricing to oversee the enterprise aftermarket business. You'll have the opportunity to work cross-functionally throughout multiple business units in the organization. The position is based out of our corporate office in Wauwatosa with the chance to be remote two days per week.

Position Description

Develops and drives clear category and pricing plans for the enterprise aftermarket business in order to meet short and long term objectives.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manages the pricing administration function to support sales programs, new product introductions and price changes to the entire product range.
  2. Manages price files in various currencies for multiple markets and regions. This includes the coordination of different price lists and price levels under consideration of the specific market requirements.
  3. Supports the achievement of budgeted margin.
  4. Supports the achievement of budgeted sales.
  5. Ensures clear and timely internal and external communication of product range and pricing.
  6. Drives the preparation of various Pre-Season programs and supports other promotions.
  7. Ensures quality and availability of market intelligence including surveys.
  8. Supports product introductions and phase-outs.
  9. Performs full range of managerial responsibilities which may include but not be limited to: interviewing, hiring, coaching and developing employees; planning, assigning and directing work; EEO/AA; performance management; department budget.
  10. Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Skills Requirements

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data, pricing information, margin and costing Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, solid organization and documentation skills
  • Proficient computer skills including familiarity with SAP (or other ERP) and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location


Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent education and experience

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum three years of relevant experience with excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel (i.e. lookup functions, pivot tables, etc.) and ability to work with macro data sets
  • Experience with Simon Kucher Pricing Model preferred
