Position Description

Plans and manages Global Support activities in assigned regions to meet sales objectives & KPI goals to obtain targeted sales volume, profitability, & overall business performance.  Builds working relationships with the key regional stakeholders to manage and execute strategic initiatives. Acts as a two-way conduit to the region from the head office and vice versa.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Work with local teams to forecast annual sales and customer discount structures in region
  2. Investigates and reports competitor activities
  3. Communicates product changes, new product programs, samples, quotations, specifications and pricing changes in a timely manner
  4. Manages internal and external conflict and provides resolution for accounts and the organization
  5. Coordinates and communicates scheduling dates, backorder availability and shipping schedules with regions
  6. Investigates and develops new sales opportunities, customers, and markets
  7. Develops and implements special pricing programs and promotions
  8. Builds working relationships with the key cross vertical stakeholders for each region
  9. Performs other duties as assigned

  • Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese preferred but not required

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent education and experience

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of three years experience working in a sales environment or related field

Physical & Environmental Requirements

Moderate travel
