Position Description
Oversees the organization of products using inventory control software. Schedules order pick ups and delivery.
Job Responsibilities
- Organizes and develops systematic plans for loading and unloading of trucks
- Ensures the proper labeling, tagging, packaging and receipts of products and materials by using inventory control software to record transactions
- Processes customer returns and works with other departments to resolve outstanding issues
- Schedules inbound pickups for common carriers/company trucks and directs to proper destination for delivery; Interacts with internal and external customers to expedite and follow up on orders
- Leads and coordinates cycle counting duties to investigate and resolve issues
- Performs other duties as assigned
Job Skills Requirements
- Interpersonal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity inventory control software as it relates to processing, raw materials and shipment of product
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location
